By accessing or using SlideZen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Licenses

When you purchase a deck, you receive a license based on the tier selected:

• Personal: Use by 1 individual for personal, non-commercial projects.
• Team: Use by up to 10 team members for internal projects.
• Commercial: Unlimited commercial use including client work and resale of end products.

All licenses are non-transferable. You may not redistribute the original template files.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading, you grant SlideZen a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content. Sellers earn 80% of each sale, with payouts processed weekly via bKash.

5. Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact our support team. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

6. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates any applicable laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your license to use purchased content remains valid.

8. Limitation of Liability

SlideZen is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
